Electric jeeps have become a popular choice for commuters in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv.
However, what’s in them, how do they work and where does it come from?
Jeeps are built out of a number of different materials.
Some are made from steel, while others are made of aluminium or steel plates.
They’re also usually powered by batteries, although some of these cars are more eco-friendly than others.
What makes an electric jeep?
Some jeeps are powered by electric motors and generators that run at a very low voltage, making them more energy efficient.
However this type of power is often not available in most parts of Israel, so many Israelis have to find other ways to make their own power.
Other types of electric cars, such as plug-in hybrids, have more range and range is more important to most Israelis than range.
The basic form of electric jeeps is also different, with some being able to go up to 100kmh and others with just 40kmh.
How do they drive?
Electric vehicles are powered using a combination of electronic systems and hydraulics.
Most electric vehicles have two electronic systems: an electric motor and a battery.
They use either a direct-drive system or a cruise control system.
There are also electric-assisted steering systems that are used to help control the vehicle in the most extreme of conditions.
How many electric cars are there in Israel?
There are around 1.5 million electric vehicles in Israel, of which nearly 1.7 million are powered exclusively by electricity.
However in the city of Haifa, which is located in the south of the country, there are more than 300 electric vehicles, of those only around half are powered solely by electricity, and many of them are being sold for as low as $250,000.
Electric cars in Israel are often equipped with an electric battery.
How much power do they provide?
Electric-assisted driving is the technology that allows cars to drive more slowly.
For instance, a car can stop when it detects that the driver has stopped.
The electric motor, however, has to be continuously switched on to avoid over-speeding.
Electric vehicles also offer an additional benefit: the drivers seat is usually occupied by an electric-powered wheel, so it can be quite comfortable.
What’s the difference between electric and petrol-powered vehicles?
Electricity is cheaper than petrol and it has less environmental impact.
However petrol-fueled cars tend to be more expensive than electric cars.
What are the biggest electric-car companies in Israel that sell their vehicles?
Electric vehicle companies include: ABB, JKL, Lidl, Maserati, Mitsubishi, Opel, Subaru, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Group and Volvo.
